1. Engagement Protocol
By accessing this website or entering into an engineering engagement with Acuriqs, you agree to adhere to these Terms of Service and any Master Services Agreements (MSAs) executed between parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon completion of agreed contractual milestones and receipt of remuneration, 100% of custom code, application architectures, proprietary algorithms, and brand assets developed specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client, unless explicitly stipulated otherwise.
3. Professional Integrity & Warranty
Acuriqs delivers production-quality digital systems adhering to industry security standards. We guarantee a post-launch stabilization window for all delivered solutions to resolve any unexpected defects or anomalies.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Acuriqs be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API deprecations, unauthorized client system modifications, or cloud hosting outages.
